The Dachstein-West skiing region comprises the towns Gosau, Russbach and Annaberg and is the largest skiing region in Upper Austria with 77 kilometers of slopes.

Starting at an altitude of 770 m Gosau can be considered as an area which is assured of having snow. Beginners, intermediates and professionals will find suitable slopes here. A ski rental station, ski school, fun parks for adults and children and many mountain huts provide you with the necessary infrastructure in order to enjoy a perfect skiing holiday. The latest ski lifts transport you quickly up the mountains where you can enjoy the marvellous panorama of the winter landscape.

Our advantage compared to others in the region: 

The next valley station (Panoramajet Zwieselalm) is only 1 kilometer away and can be conveniently accessed by either car or public transport (bus). When you are an overnight guest you can use the ski bus for free and arrive at the cable car station free of charge and stress. Due to the fact that our house is situated at the lake and the end of the valley, the ski bus is only used by our guests and thus you will always have enough space inside.
